Discount Cards Fulfillment
Because serving our clients is so important to us, we customize our fulfillment package. Our standard Fulfillment package includes:
- A customized brochure explaining how to use the program
- A hard plastic ID card (two if Household)
- Sample fee schedule
- Closest 100 providers to cardholder's zip code
